Ameenpur lake attracts thousands of migratory birds. Due to severe urbanization, this lake doesn’t have good trees for birds to nest or roost. So Animal Warriors Conservation Society initiated a plantation drive with full-grown native plants ensuring a good growth rate to recover the lost habitat. We planted around 60 trees which are meant to serve the purpose.
