A Massive gas leak from an Industry in Gopalapatnam, Vizag caused severe affect on humans and animals. Total area was evacuated to save lives.
Emergency Relief Network (WTI), in collaboration with Animal Husbandry and local NGOs , launched a relief work saving animals which are stuck amid the disaster. Today we saved animals and birds which were found in distress. We are running Emergency Helplines for the relief work. Few pets were relocated to the relatives of owners. Many are shifted to foster homes. But unfortunately ,most of the cattle’s couldn’t survive.
